THIS WORKSHOP IS ONLY FOR CANCER PATIENTS AND FAMILIES
Kids & Art is thrilled to partner with The Walt Disney Family Museum for our October Destination Workshop. Part of the museum's mission is to foster creative growth and offer personalized education programs for the next generation of artists. Artwork created by Kids & Art artists will become part of a future Community Access Exhibition, inspired by the vision of The Walt Disney Family Museum's founder, Diane Disney Miller, who championed arts access as a vital component of the museum's commitment to community engagement. In addition to the October Destination Workshop, the museum will be sending teaching artists to our hospital programs at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital and Stanford Lucile Packard Children's Hospital to create with families in the out-patient clinics. Creations from these workshops will be a part of a 2020 exhibition at The Walt Disney Family Museum.
